蘇暐楠 Pedro Manhão Sou

蘇暐楠自小受土生家庭影響，自少接觸並學習土生菜和葡萄牙土風舞，至今已30多年。他一直致力參與本澳文化活動，同時外出代表澳門推廣中葡文化。他的碩士學位論文研究題目，主要探討如何有效地加大力度推廣土生葡菜形象化，希望藉此研究進一步深化大眾對澳門與土生文化的交匯。同時兼任心在澳門葡萄牙土風舞協會的副主席的蘇暐楠，他亦參與培訓和教授青年人表演的教學活動，激發年輕人對舞蹈的興趣與熱情。他相信，舞蹈不僅是藝術的表現，更是文化交流的橋樑。

2007年至今，蘇暐楠曾代表澳門赴京參與慶祝中華人民共和國成立60年演出活動、澳門農曆新年花車匯演、國際青年舞蹈節以及參與由旅遊局主辦的「澳門周」系列活動並於全國進行巡演。

蘇暐楠期待繼續深化對土生文化的研究與推廣，並希望能夠透過舉辦更多文化交流活動，促進澳門與其他地區的文化互動。培養出更多青年新一代，對土生文化的認知，使中葡文化的魅力得以延續與發揚。

Influenciado pela sua família macaense desde a infância, Pedro Manhão Sou desenvolveu um grande interesse pela gastronomia macaense e pela dança folclórica portuguesa durante mais de 30 anos.  Pedro Manhão sempre se empenhou em participar nas actividades culturais de Macau e em promover a cultura macaense e sino-portuguesa de Macau.  A sua tese de mestrado centra-se em formas de promover eficazmente a visualização da gastronomia macaense, na esperança de que este estudo possa aprofundar a compreensão das culturas macaense e portuguesa por outras comunidades culturais.   É também Vice-Presidente da Associação de Danças Folclóricas Portuguesas “Macau no Coração”, onde se dedica a despertar o interesse e a paixão dos jovens pelas danças folclóricas, acreditando que a atividade não é apenas uma expressão de arte, mas também uma ponte para o intercâmbio cultural.

Desde 2007, Pedro tem representado Macau em várias ocasiões, tais como o 60.º aniversário da fundação da República Popular da China em Pequim, o Desfile do Ano Novo Lunar de Macau, o Festival Internacional de Dança Juvenil e a série de eventos da Semana de Macau organizada pela DST.

Influenced by his Macanese family since childhood, Pedro Manhão Sou had developed great interest in Macanese gastronomy and Portuguese folk dance for more than 30 years.  Pedro has always been committed to participating in the cultural activities of Macao, and promoting Macao's Macanese and Sino-Portuguese culture.  His master's thesis focuses on ways to effectively promote the visualisation of Macanese gastronomy, in the hope that this study will further deepen the understanding of Macanese and Portuguese cultures by other cultural communities.   He is also the Vice President of the "Macau no Coração" Portuguese Folk Dance Association, where he is dedicated to raise young people's interest and passion for folk dance, he believes that the activity is not only an expression of art, but also a bridge for cultural exchange.

Since 2007, Pedro has been representing Macao in various occasions such as the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China in Beijing, the Macao Lunar New Year Parade, the International Youth Dance Festival, and the Macao Week event series organised by MGTO.

Pedro is looking forward to deepening the research and promotion of Macanese culture as well as Portuguese folk dance, and hopes to promote cultural interaction between Macao and other regions by organising more cultural exchange activities. He also hopes to cultivate a new generation of young people who are aware of Macanese culture and gastronomy, so that the essence of cultural blend between the East and the West  can be preserved and promoted.
