Mariana Pereira

Mariana Pinto Leitão Pereira 是劍橋遺產研究中心（英國劍橋大學）的博士研究生，研究僑民社群如何運用文化遺產表達文化身份。Mariana 擁有考古遺產和博物館碩士學位（劍橋大學）、世界遺產研究碩士學位（德國 勃蘭登堡科技大學）和考古學學士和碩士學位（葡萄牙波爾圖大學）。在攻讀博士學位前，她曾在澳門文化局文化遺產廳擔任考古學家和遺產專業人士。 她一直熱衷於土生葡人文化遺產和歷史，並為澳門國際學院合作編寫《土生葡人：奧德賽》的紀錄片劇本、出版小冊子《土生葡人的邂逅：僑民歸鄉的紀念》和參與澳門歌舞團的土風舞演出。她亦有參與澳門土生土語話劇社的演出，該劇社致力於保護和推廣土生土語。Mariana是多個國際文化遺產(非政府組織)的成員，當中包括重要遺產研究協會的非物質遺產研究人員網絡，並履行葡萄牙 ICOMOS（國際古蹟遺址理事會）新興專業人員代表的職責。

Mariana Pinto LeitãoPereira, candidataa Doutoramentono Cambridge Heritage Research Centre (Universidadede Cambridge, Reino Unido), investiga como comunidades em diáspora expressama sua identidade atravésde patrimóniocultural. Tirouum mestrado em Património Arqueológicoe Museus(Universidadede Cambridge), em PatrimónioMundial (BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, Alemanha) e um Mestradoe Licenciatura em Arqueologia(Universidadedo Porto, Portugal). Antes de começaro Doutoramento, trabalhou como arqueólogae perita em patrimóniono Departamentode PatrimónioCultural, Instituto Cultural de Macau. Tem-se dedicado à Históriae ao PatrimónioCultural Macaense, contribuindo, por exemplo, para o guiãodo documentário"Macaenses, Uma Odisseia" juntamentecom o Instituto Internacionalde Macau, e publicandoo livreto"The Macanese Encontros: Remembrance in Diaspora Homecomings". Fez parte do Grupo de Dançase Cantaresde Macau, participando em danças folclóricas Portuguesas, e actuouno grupode teatrodos Dóci Papiaçamdi Macau, dedicado à salvaguardae disseminaçãoda língua Maquista. É também membro em diversas organizações não-governamentaisde Património, incluíndo naRede de Investigadores em Património Intangível, da Associaçãode Estudos Críticosde Património; e desempenhao papelde representantedos Profissionais Emergentesdo ICOMOS Portugal (Conselho Internacionaldos Monumentose Sítios).

Mariana Pinto Leitão Pereira is a final year PhD Candidate at the Cambridge Heritage Research Centre (University of Cambridge, United Kingdom) researching how diaspora communities use cultural heritage to express their identity. Mariana holds an MPhil in Archaeological Heritage and Museums(University of Cambridge), an MA in World Heritage Studies (BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany) and her Bachelor and MA in Archaeology (University of Porto, Portugal). Before embarking on herPhD, Mariana worked as an archaeologist and heritage professional for the Cultural HeritageDepartment of the Cultural Affairs Bureau in Macau. Mariana has been passionate about Macanesecultural heritage and history; and her contributions include writing the documentary script for ‘Macaneses, An Odyssey’ alongside the International Institute of Macau, publishing the booklet ‘TheMacanese Encontros: Remembrance in Diaspora Homecomings’, as well as performing in thePortuguese folk dancing, through the Grupo de Danças e Cantares de Macau, and partaking in the Dóci Papiaçam di Macau Theatre group that focuses on safeguarding and disseminating theMaquista language. Mariana is also a member of several international non-governmental organisationson Cultural Heritage, including the Intangible Heritage Researchers Network of the Association ofCritical Heritage Studies; and fulfils the role of representative of the Emerging Professionals to ICOMOS Portugal (International Council on Monuments and Sites).
