賈加路 Gilberto Camacho

賈加路是土生土長的澳門人，父親是葡萄牙人，母親是在澳門出生的中國人。生於 1978 年的他，在澳門完成中學後便隨家人移居葡萄牙，並在葡萄牙完成電腦工程學位。在2007年，他決定獨自回澳開始其職業生涯。由於未能即時適應新生活，他決定到葡萄牙繼續攻讀電腦科學研究生學位。在2012年，他再次回澳門並一直在此生活至今。

賈加路自2016年起在魯彌士主教幼稚園擔任電腦技術員。他熱愛旅行和了解新的文化和語言，更喜歡認識新的人、新的美食和體驗不同的生活方式。他認為澳門人的背景各有不同，是源自不同文化、種族、宗教、語言和美食的混合體。對他來說，旅行和學習其他文化是一種樂趣，因為一個人可以暫別自己的文化，沉浸在別人的文化之中。唯有如此，才能彼此了解，藉以化解人與人之間的誤解和衝突。

O Gilberto Camacho é natural de Macau, filho de pai português e de mãe chinesa natural de Macau. Nasceu em 1978 e frequentou o antigo Liceu de Macau. Depois de terminar os estudos na Escola Secundária, emigrou com a família para Portugal onde tirou o Mestrado em Engenharia Informática. Os pais e o irmão vivem em Portugal desde então e ele regressou a Macau em 2007 para começar a sua vida profissional. Não conseguiu, na altura, reintegrar-se à cultura e vida em Macau que conhecera e regressou a Portugal em 2009 para fazer uma pós-graduação na área da Informática. Em 2012 tentou o regresso a Macau pela segunda vez e reside em Macau desde então.

O Gilberto está actualmente a trabalhar no Jardim de Infância D. José da Costa Nunes, onde exerce o cargo de Técnico de Informática desde 2016 e é responsável pelo Departamento de Informática da escola.

O Gilberto gosta muito de viajar e de conhecer novas culturas, novas línguas, novas pessoas, novas cozinhas, diferentes modos de ver e de viver pois entende que a casa dele não é este ou aquele país mas sim o planeta onde vive. Afinal de contas, ser macaense é um pouco assim: somos o resultado da mistura de culturas, etnias, religiões, línguas e gastronomias. É um prazer para ele viajar e conhecer outras culturas pois pode "sair" da cultura dele e mergulhar na cultura de outra pessoa. Só assim compreendemos os outros evitando mal entendidos e conflitos desnecessários.

Gilberto Camacho is a native of Macau, the son of a Portuguese father and a Chinese mother born in Macau. Born in 1978, he attended the former Macau High School. After finishing his studies at Secondary School, he emigrated with his family to Portugal where he completed a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering. His parents and brother have lived in Portugal ever since and he returned to Macau in 2007 to start his professional life. At the time, he was unable to reintegrate into the culture and life in Macau that he had known and returned to Portugal in 2009 to do a postgraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering. In 2012 he attempted to return to Macau for the second time and has lived in Macau ever since.

Gilberto is currently working at Jardim de Infância D. José da Costa Nunes where he has been a Computer Technician since 2016 and is responsible for the school's Computer Department.

Gilberto really enjoys traveling and getting to know new cultures, new languages, new people, new cuisines, different ways of seeing and living because he understands that his home is not this or that country but the planet where he lives. After all, being Macanese is a bit like this: we are the result of a mixture of cultures, ethnicities, religions, languages and cuisines. It is a pleasure for him to travel and learn about other cultures because you can "leave" your culture and immerse yourself in someone else's culture. Only in this way can we understand others, avoiding misunderstandings and unnecessary conflicts.
